1. What kind of logos and emblems can I customise?

We customise practically any logo, emblem, symbol, or visual identity. Each piece is custom-made according to the client's project.

2. What materials are used?

Our pieces are produced with a PVC base, a high-gloss premium epoxy resin finish with a mirror effect, and LED Neon Flex lighting.

3. Is LED lighting included?

Yes. All our emblems include outline LED lighting and a remote control.

4. Can I choose the lighting colour?

Yes. The lighting can be customised according to the project and the desired visual effect.

5. What sizes are available?

We produce different dimensions, from more compact pieces to large formats. The size is defined according to the space and the intended project.

6. What file should I send?

Ideally, you should send the logo in vector format, such as SVG, AI, EPS, or PDF. You can also send an image in JPG or PNG for us to evaluate the project.

7. Can I send a logo that is not in vector format?

Yes. Send us the file you have, and we will analyse its quality. If it is necessary to prepare or vectorise the design for production, we will inform you before proceeding.

8. How long does production take?

The current production time is approximately 5 to 8 working days, after confirmation of the project and its details.

9. Does the piece come ready to install?

Yes. The piece is prepared with the appropriate fastening system and the necessary components for installation.

10. Do you ship outside of Portugal?

Yes. We ship throughout Europe and other international destinations, with packaging carefully prepared to protect the piece during transport, with insurance included.

11. Can I see the project before it is produced?

Yes. The project details are defined and confirmed before we start production, ensuring that the result matches what is intended.

12. How can I request a quote?

Just send us your logo, indicate the desired size, and, if possible, the location where you intend to install the piece. We will analyse the project and contact you with all the necessary information.
